These representations of Abraham, Isaac, Bathsheba, Ahab and many more were created from 1994–96 and exhibited in Basle, Switzerland, and New York. Based on the well- and lesser-known stories of the Old Testament, their purpose was not religious but aimed to explore the fascinating tales of conflict, sibling rivalry and excess zeal that pepper these ancient verses and possess a strangely contemporary feel.
